Slow Roasted Pig for pulled pork (Must be for a minimum of 55 people) Depending on Group size and the distance of the event, The Pig can be roasted on site in our Pig Out Roaster. Pick-up options are also available for a roasted pig depending on group size. Call for details.

Traditional Style Southern Pig Pickin’ - Self Serve buffet line, guest get to carve off, pick or pull away any piece of meat they like right off the pig carcass.

Utah Style Pig Pickin’ – Meier’s Catering carves the pig for you and your guest.
